Visit “Kilmarnock” and chat with Andrew Watson about their cotton productions.

Get a history of the property and enjoy a tour of the outer buildings of “Kurrumbede” the birth place of Dorethea Mackellar. And enjoy afternoon tea provided by Boggabri Women’s Shed.

NOTE: This is currently a self-drive tour.

Drive 10mins (8km) to the Boggabri Cotton Gin operated by Louis Dreyfus and see how the cotton is processed. A great follow up after seeing “Kilmarnock”cotton farm.

Enjoy a baked dinner of meat and vegetables prepared by the Boggabri Rugby League Club. Bring your chair and enjoy your hearty meal on your lap by the campfire. 

Head out to the Dawson’s property at Emerald Hill and meet the cattle of Skinny Lizard Longhorns.
Afterwards enjoy afternoon tea provided by Boggabri Joeys Playgroup.

Enjoy a traditional meat & vege stew cooked by the Gillham Family Scone Shed. Bring your chair and enjoy your hearty meal on your lap by the campfire.

Tour the newest Orange Orchard to the Narrabri Shire and stop at the Baan Baa pub for a roast lunch (included).
